Vintage (VHS)
These covers were each commissioned during the VHS era. Often a client might ask for an image that resembled a previous cover in order to attract a similar audience. At the height of VHS rental, covers vied for attention on the video shop shelves, so it it was a challenge to deliver an image that would stand out from the crowd, yet meet the brief required. These all date back to the 1980s.
